CYSOL has two plans: Starter, free for life, and Pro, at €9.90 a month excl. tax, per business. By the end of this article, you will know what sets them apart, how to try Pro, how to subscribe and how to cancel.

What each plan includes
Starter, free for life: the till, your products, your sales and your reports. One device, a single profile — yours, the Owner's — and the history of the last 30 days.
Pro, €9.90 a month excl. tax, per business, the same price everywhere: unlimited devices and staff, your whole history, and every management module — table service with kitchen and bar screens, stock, purchases, expenses, suppliers, quotes and invoices… One price: nothing is added module by module.
On Starter, Pro modules stay visible in the menu, with a padlock.
1Open the plan screen
Click Upgrade to Pro at the top of the screen. Opening a module with a padlock shows the same offer.
2Try Pro for free
Below the price, click Try Pro for 7 days. Every module opens straight away, with no payment method to give. At the top of the screen, “Trial” followed by the number of days left reminds you when it ends.
When the trial ends, your business goes back to Starter: nothing is deleted, nothing is charged. The trial is offered once, to a business that has never had Pro.
3Subscribe
Click Subscribe to CYSOL PRO. You pay on Stripe's secure page, our payment provider; your country's tax is added to the price there. Once the payment has gone through, you come back to CYSOL, which shows CYSOL PRO is active.
On a trial? Your remaining days carry over to the subscription: subscribing early loses you none of them.
Important — The subscription is reserved for the Owner, unless they have given that right to another account in Roles.
4Manage or cancel your subscription
Once subscribed, open your account menu at the top right, then My subscription. The screen shows the date of the next charge. Manage my subscription opens Stripe's secure area: card, invoices and cancellation.
A cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. Until then, Pro stays open, and you can change your mind.
What happens when you go back to Starter
Nothing is deleted. Pro modules get their padlock back, and the history you can view goes back to the last 30 days: it is the window that closes, not your data. The day you take Pro again, your whole past comes back at once.
Tip — Even on Starter, Settings › My account › Download all my data gives you your whole history in one file, beyond the 30 days.
